Real financing from real lenders, matched to what a Southwest Florida business actually needs. We are a broker — we present the offers and the owner decides.

Lease structures for businesses that would rather preserve cash or upgrade equipment over time, with clear end-of-term options laid out up front.

Short-term working capital to cover payroll, materials or a gap between jobs — from established lenders, with the cost and term stated plainly, never an advance-fee scheme.

How a deal works

A licensed person handles every file. Nothing is automated away and nothing is promised that a lender hasn't actually offered.

1. Free consultation

You tell us what you need to finance. We meet by appointment at our Fort Myers office or by phone. No fee to talk to us.

2. Build the file

We collect what a lender needs — time in business, revenue, bank statements, the equipment invoice and your credit profile.

3. Real offers

We submit to the lenders whose programs fit and show you the real offers side by side — amount, term, rate and monthly payment.

4. You decide

You choose, or you walk away. If no lender will approve the deal, we tell you that plainly. We never promise approvals.

Our pricing & fee policy

Transparency is the point. Here is exactly how we are paid and what we will never do:

The consultation is free.
We never charge an application fee or any advance fee to apply.
We are paid a standard broker commission or origination fee, paid out of the funded deal and disclosed to you in writing before anything is signed.
Every offer comes from a real, identifiable lender, with a real APR or factor rate and term.
No “guaranteed approval,” no “no credit check,” no “everyone qualifies,” no fake urgency.
The rate and term on the lender’s offer are the rate and term on the contract — we never quote one cost and bill another.
